For those of us living in New England the off-season, winter months are a perfect time to reflect on the previous season and evaluate what parts of the game we improved on, and what areas we need to focus more development time on so we can have an all-round, solid golf game going forward.

I recently put together a way you can team up with me by purchasing a seasonal, lesson training package to get your full game in shape over the winter months.

The indoor simulators offer us a great and useful way to develop our games and/or keep our golf swings in good, rhythmic sequence in the off-season. I can't express enough just how important it is to keep your body moving during the winter, and golf is such a good, effective and fun way to do that.

You can book the seasonal package in either a one-on-one, private option or split the rate and lesson hours between 2 or 3 people. You'll get 12 hours of lesson time for $1,000, and breaks down to $83/hr which is a great lesson rate! Keep in mind that this rate doesn't include the extra cost of sim fees, range balls or green fees.

Take some time to get crystal clear on what your realistic goals and objectives are for the 2024 season, and team up with me to get you fully prepped and ready to hit the ground running in the Spring! Contact me to sign up or with any questions -> ScottHackerGolf@Gmail.com

<![CDATA[Launching the Hacker Challenge in 2022]]>Wed, 11 May 2022 17:27:48 GMThttp://scotthackergolf.com/blog/launching-the-hacker-challenge-in-2022
After several years in the conceptual making, I'm excited to announce that I've officially launched a pilot version of the Hacker Challenge I'm calling the Icebreaker Scramble on Monday, May 9, 2022. Big thanks to Lee Frank (pictured above) for joining me to kick it off, along with over 20 other folks currently signed up to play.

The Icebreaker Scramble is a unique, 9-hole game I developed for beginners, novice and intermediate golfers (12 handicappers and higher) who are looking for a fun opportunity to learn, brush up and/or bump the winter rust off their techniques early in the season.

Golfers are invited to join me either as a single in two-player, modified scramble or you can bring 2 players with you and I'll be your 4th in a modified scramble. I'm hosting this event at Rockingham CC in Newmarket, NH to be scheduled and played on any available day/time throughout the month of May. While the main objective is for folks to learn and get insight into all aspects of the game, there is also a small competition with prizes for various accomplishments.

Come break the ice on the year and off your game by joining me for a fun day of learning this great game of golf on the course! For the price of one range lesson you can get a crash-course on all aspects of the game which makes it a great value.

I'm currently in the process of developing and scheduling a Hacker Challenge game for players of all abilities from scratch to beginners. Please take a moment to peruse my website for more information about a game being developed for you. More soon!
